- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely HORRIBLE. Their phone line has been out for over a month . The Pet Smart phone won't transfer me. The Banfield hospitals are so far from each other. I have an emergency with my dog and the corporate people won't help me with making an appointment. They put me on hold for a long time. I had to hang up. I am so disgusted with these people.
